About Me

Thank you for finding my website. My nickname is "Lola" and welcome to Lola's Reiki Zen Den. 

I am a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher in Usui and    

Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® and a Certified Animal Reiki Practitioner. Currently working on Trauma-Informed Energy Healing & Coaching Practitioner certification,  accredited by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine). 

A little about me:  As a young child I recognized I was different. Between having vivid dreams and then experiencing déjà vu as if I had lived the experience before.  I've been able to "know" when someone is pregnant in my family before they did and I'm 5 for 5!  And no, I didn't know the gender prior to the birth.

I am a dog mom extraordinaire of 3 lovely and quirky rescue pups. Each has their own personality and are quite the pack which led me to pursue Animal Reiki. 

I welcome the opportunity to help you heal your body, mind, and soul. I believe every connection happens for a reason. I look forward to helping you with your healing journey.
