Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch and energy work. It helps to relax the mind and body while promoting overall wellness. 

Reiki is based on the idea that a vital life force energy flows through all living things and that imbalances in this energy can lead to illness. It is considered a mind-body-spirit connection, with a belief that balance in all aspects contributes to health and healing. 

Reiki is believed to reduce stress, anxiety, and pain, improve sleep, and promote a sense of well-being. Clients will be asked to remove shoes and remain fully clothed. Clients lie on a treatment table and under a blanket.  The practitioner will gently place their hands in various positions on and around your body, from your head to your feet.  Clients may experience sensations like warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation during a session.  Sessions held in King of Prussia, PA  

Compassionate healing for animals.  Animal Reiki utilizes the same fundamental principles as human Reiki, but it's specifically tailored to the unique needs and sensitivities of animals.  

An alternative approach to improve the lives of your pets. As a primary benefit can promote relaxation and a sense of calm, contributing to animal's overall health and happiness. Our approach to healing can be to hover over your pet or send from a distance.
